NuCoPro takes companies from where they are to where they are striving to get - as quickly as possible. Depending on the nature of the engagement, we will work with our client over an elapsed period of a few weeks to a few months.
Our services are specifically tailored to each client's needs, and are structured to make optimum use of the client's and our time. We strive to keep our efforts focused on strategic issues by directing our client's implementation of the tactical items required to execute the strategy. This minimizes our clients' expenditures, while educating them on what must be done and how they should respond to various situations. In other words, we are working ourselves out of a job!
NuCoPro has a high success rate in achieving the goals that are specifically addressed in our engagement agreements. To demonstrate our desire to truly be a partner, the major portion of our compensation with our startup clients is held in convertible debt. Our success is completely dependent on our client's success!
Small Businesses
NuCoPro provides on-call consultation services for small businesses. These services focus on strategic issues through direct meetings with the business owner. Some examples are: expanding to new locations; opening new lines of business; and merger and/or acquisitions opportunities. These are generally ‘quick hit’ engagements of sometimes as little as an hour or two, and possibly one meeting. These services are billed on an hourly basis.
Our small business clients appreciate our fresh, outside perspective on major issues they are facing. Our only concern is what is in the best interest of the client, even when it involves advice that may initially seem counter-intuitive. This totally objective viewpoint provides the client with insight they simply may not receive from any other source.
